She holds a Master’s degree in Business and has over four years’ experience in the Irish property market, relocating to Perth to further develop her expertise and deepen her understanding of the local real estate landscape.
In her role as Contract Coordinator at Holdsworth Real Estate, Emily plays a key role in the preparation, coordination, and administration of sales contracts, ensuring transactions progress smoothly from acceptance through to settlement. She works closely with sales executives, clients, settlement agents, and legal representatives to manage documentation, oversee compliance requirements, and facilitate effective stakeholder liaison throughout each transaction. Her strong attention to detail and organisational skills support accurate record-keeping and efficient transaction management.
Emily holds her Real Estate Registration Course and applies this knowledge in supporting compliant and well-managed property transactions.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys golfing, staying active at the gym, exploring Perth’s beautiful beaches, and spending quality time with her partner and friends.
